Impact crusher for sale
Are you looking for an impact crusher that can efficiently process materials like limestone, concrete, or asphalt into precisely shaped, high-demand aggregates with lower operating costs? You’ve come to the right place.
Our impact crusher is a highly versatile secondary or tertiary crusher widely used in quarrying, mining, construction waste recycling, and aggregate production. Designed to break down medium-hard to hard materials by high-speed impact, it can effectively reduce 500 mm feed material down to cubical products often under 40 mm, ideal for direct sale or further processing.
In addition to stationary models, portable and tracked mobile versions are also available.
Capacity: 50 – 800 t/h
Max. Feed Size: 500 mm

Why choose BETTER ENGINEERING impact crusher
High Crushing Efficiency
Precisely engineered chambers and optimized speed deliver superior size reduction with lower energy consumption compared to other crushers.
Uniform Particle Size
The interparticle crushing action and adjustable settings produce consistently shaped aggregates, ideal for high-spec applications like concrete and road bases.
Low Operating Costs
Robust construction, fewer moving parts, and wear-resistant liners reduce maintenance downtime and extend service life.
Working in mining, recycling, or construction? Stop guessing which impact crusher suits your project. Simply provide:
Material type (e.g., limestone, concrete rubble, asphalt shingles, demolition waste)
Required output size & shape (e.g., 0-25mm cubical road base, 3/4″ aggregates for concrete)
Target hourly capacity (e.g., 200tph recycled concrete, 500tph quarry chips)
Budget range (Mobile/Tracked/Stationary? Immediate vs. future need?)
Our engineers will match you with the optimal impact crusher for maximum ROI – no overpaying for unneeded features.

How does a impact crusher works?
Material enters the crushing chamber and encounters high-speed rotating hammers (blow bars) mounted on a horizontal rotor. Impact force shatters the feed upon hammer contact – achieving primary fragmentation.
Liberated pieces catapult violently against adjustable primary and secondary impact aprons/plates. This secondary impact collision further fractures particles via inter-particle and plate-particle contact. Output size is controlled by adjusting the gap between rotor and aprons, alongside optimizing rotor speed.
Centrifugal propulsion ejects fractured material through discharge grates sized to ensure output specification compliance, generating high cubical percentages.

FAQs for impact crusher
What is impact crusher?
A cone crusher is essential equipment in mining and aggregate processing. It reduces large rocks or ore into smaller, uniform gravel or sand by compression crushing.
Material enters the top feed opening and falls into the crushing chamber. Inside, a rotating conical head (mantle) gyrates eccentrically against a stationary outer bowl (concave liner). The gap between them narrows progressively downward. Rock particles are repeatedly squeezed, fractured, and impacted as they travel through this chamber.
Its unique design minimizes waste and maintains consistent particle distribution. Final output size is precisely controlled by hydraulically adjusting the gap width at the crushing chamber’s base.
