Cone crusher for sale
Are you looking for a cone crusher that efficiently crushes hard and abrasive materials like granite, basalt, or quartz into uniform, high-value aggregates while minimizing downtime? You’ve come to the right place.
Our cone crusher is the premier secondary and tertiary crusher in quarrying, mining, and construction aggregate production. Engineered to crush mid-hard to ultra-hard rocks and ores through compression, it reliably reduces 350 mm feed material to consistently graded products as fine as ≤ 45 mm – ideal for high-spec road base, concrete, and asphalt aggregates.
In addition to stationary units, portable and crawler-mounted configurations are available.
Capacity: 45-1200 t/h
Max. feed Size: 350 mm

Why choose BETTER ENGINEERING cone crusher?
High Crushing Efficiency
Precisely engineered chambers and optimized speed deliver superior size reduction with lower energy consumption compared to other crushers.
Uniform Particle Size
The interparticle crushing action and adjustable settings produce consistently shaped aggregates, ideal for high-spec applications like concrete and road bases.
Low Operating Costs
Robust construction, fewer moving parts, and wear-resistant liners reduce maintenance downtime and extend service life.
Working in mining, aggregates, or recycling? Stop guessing which cone crusher model fits your secondary/tertiary stage. Simply tell us:
Material Type (e.g., granite, basalt, iron ore, recycled concrete)
Required Final Product Size (e.g., ≤19mm, 5-50mm for high-value asphalt chips)
Target Hourly Capacity (e.g., 300tph rail ballast, 500tph concrete sand)
Budget Range (Stationary/Tracked/Portable?)
Our crushing specialists will engineer-match you with:
The optimal chamber/lining configuration
Precise cubical end products (maximize concrete/asphalt premium)
Lifetime cost-optimized solution – No overpaying for overpowered machines
Maximize ROI with lower operational cost and zero sizing guesswork

How does a cone crusher works?
Rock enters the top crushing chamber. An eccentrically driven rotating mantle continuously gyrates against a fixed concave liner. This motion creates:
Pinching & Compression: As the mantle gyrates towards the concave, rock is squeezed and fractured in the narrowing gap.
Release & Falls: As the mantle moves away, crushed material falls deeper into the progressively narrowing chamber.
Repeat Crushing: Material is crushed multiple times at increasingly smaller gaps during descent.
Final particle size is controlled by adjusting the discharge gap width (“Closed Side Setting”) at the chamber’s base using hydraulic cylinders. Output exits the bottom.

FAQs for cone crusher
What is cone crusher?
A cone crusher is essential equipment in mining and aggregate processing. It reduces large rocks or ore into smaller, uniform gravel or sand by compression crushing.
Material enters the top feed opening and falls into the crushing chamber. Inside, a rotating conical head (mantle) gyrates eccentrically against a stationary outer bowl (concave liner). The gap between them narrows progressively downward. Rock particles are repeatedly squeezed, fractured, and impacted as they travel through this chamber.
Its unique design minimizes waste and maintains consistent particle distribution. Final output size is precisely controlled by hydraulically adjusting the gap width at the crushing chamber’s base.
