Inclined screen for sale
Are you looking for a jaw crusher that can easily process hard materials like granite or basalt into high-profit aggregates without frequent breakdowns? You’ve come to the right place.
Our jaw crusher is the most widely used primary crusher in quarrying, mining and construction waste recycling applications. Designed to crush the hardest rocks and ores, it can crush 1000 mm raw materials to less than 400 mm so that the materials can enter the secondary and fine crushing stage. In addition to stationary jaw crushers, portable and crawler versions are also available.
Capacity: 45-1510 t/h
Max. feed Size: 1200 mm

Why choose BETTER ENGINEERING inclined screen?
High Productivity & Efficiency
Steeper inclination (15°–20°) and multi-deck design enable faster material flow, higher throughput, and precise grading—ideal for large-scale production in quarries or mining.
Low Maintenance & Durability
Heavy-duty steel construction, rubber or polyurethane screen media, and vibration mechanisms reduce wear, downtime, and long-term costs.
Adaptability & Versatile Sizing
Adjustable angle, screen deck options (single to 4 decks), and customizable mesh sizes handle diverse materials—from aggregates to sand and recycled minerals.
Working in mining, recycling, or construction?
Stop guessing which inclined screen model fits your site. Simply provide us with:
- Material type (e.g., aggregates, coal, sand), particle sizes, moisture/stickiness, bulk density, and abrasiveness.
- Production needs: Required throughput (t/h or m³/h), number of decks, and desired separation accuracy.
- Durability factors: Expected operating hours (24/7 or intermittent), screen media type (wire, polyurethane, etc.), and maintenance access needs.
- Special requirements: Any noise/dust restrictions or mobile/fixed setup preferences.
Our engineers will match you with the optimal inclined screen for maximum ROl – no overpaying for unneeded features.

How does a inclined screen works?
Raw material is fed into the jaw crusher’s top opening (feed opening) between two jaw plates. Oneplate is stationary (fixed jaw), while the other moves in an elliptical motion (dynamic jaw).
As the dynamic jaw presses against the fixed counterpart, the trapped material is compressed andfractured. This crushing action breaks down large chunks of rock or debris. Smaller pieces falldownward through the gradually narrowing gap (crushing chamber) as the dynamic jaw retreatsThe distance between the jaws at their closest point (discharge setting) determines the finalparticle size of the crushed material exiting the bottom.
The cycle repeats continuously to crush the feed material.

FAQs for inclined screen
What is inclined screen?
Inclined Screen is a vibrating screening device with a slope, usually installed at an angle of 15°~30°. It uses gravity combined with vibration to quickly sort materials. It is suitable for grading and screening small and medium-sized particles of sand, coal, ore, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, small footprint, and large processing capacity. It is widely used in sand and gravel plants, sand washing lines, coal mines, etc.
Compared with horizontal screens, it has lower costs and easier maintenance, but is more suitable for dry materials. It is an efficient and economical screening option in crushing production lines.
How to choose the right jaw crusher size?
Choose a jaw crusher where the gape width is 20–30% larger than your max feed size (e.g., 900mm gape for 700mm rocks). Match capacity to your hourly tonnage (e.g., 150 TPH requires ~750×1060mm for granite). Prioritize adjustable CSS (e.g., 50–200mm) for flexible output.
